Understanding the Blinking Green Light

A blinking green light on your Yootech wireless charger indicates that there may be a problem with the charging process. Here are some common reasons for a blinking green light:

  1. Misaligned device: Your smartphone or device may not be properly centered on the charging pad. Try repositioning the device to ensure proper alignment.
  2. Foreign object detection: The blinking green light can also indicate the presence of a foreign object, such as metal or magnetic items, between the charger and your device. Remove any such objects and try charging again.
  3. Incompatible device: If your device isn’t Qi-compatible or doesn’t support wireless charging, the blinking green light could indicate that the charger isn’t able to charge your device. Double-check your device’s compatibility with the Qi standard.
  4. Overheating: If your device or the charger becomes too hot, the blinking green light could be a warning sign. Give both the charger and your device some time to cool down before attempting to charge again.
  5. Faulty charger or cable: If you’ve tried all of the above and the blinking green light persists, there might be an issue with the charger or the USB cable. Try using a different cable or contact Yootech’s customer support for assistance.
