If you’re experiencing issues with your Yootech wireless charger, try these troubleshooting tips to resolve common problems:
- Check the power source: Ensure that the charger is properly connected to a working power source, such as a QC 2.0 or 3.0 adapter, and that the USB cable is securely connected.
- Use a compatible case: Some phone cases may interfere with wireless charging. Make sure your case is Qi-compatible or remove it before charging your device.
- Update your device’s software: Sometimes, software updates can improve wireless charging performance. Ensure that your device’s software is up to date.
- Reset the charger: If the charger isn’t responding, try unplugging it from the power source and waiting for a few seconds. Then, plug it back in to reset the device.
