Instructions for Using Yootech Wireless Charger
Using your Yootech Wireless Charger is easy and convenient. This guide explains how to set it up, operate it safely, and understand the indicator lights and common troubleshooting tips.

1. Preparing the Charger
Before using your charger, make sure all components are ready:
-
Included items: Yootech Wireless Charger, USB Type-C or Micro-USB Cable (depending on model), and User Manual.
-
Not included: Wall Adapter (power brick).
⚠️ Important: To ensure optimal charging speed and safety, use a Quick Charge (QC) 2.0 or 3.0 adapter (9V/2A) or a standard 5V/2A adapter. Avoid using adapters with output below 5V/1A, as they may cause slow charging or unstable performance.
2. Connecting the Power
-
Plug the USB cable into the port on the Yootech wireless charger.
-
Connect the other end to a power adapter, then plug it into a wall outlet, laptop, or power bank.
-
Once the charger is connected, the LED indicator light will turn on briefly (usually green or blue for 3 seconds), showing that power is supplied and the charger is ready.
💡 Tip: For the best results, always use a wall outlet rather than a computer USB port, as computer USB outputs may not deliver sufficient power for fast charging.
3. Placing Your Device
-
Ensure your smartphone or device is Qi-compatible (supports wireless charging).
-
Gently place your phone on the center of the charging pad. The coils inside your phone and the charger must align properly for efficient charging.
-
The charger will automatically detect the device and begin charging within 1–2 seconds.
⚠️ Do not use metal cases, magnetic mounts, credit cards, or pop sockets between the phone and the charger. These can block or interrupt the wireless charging signal.
✅ Use phone cases no thicker than 4mm (0.16 inches) for consistent charging performance.
4. Understanding the LED Indicator Lights

Yootech wireless chargers use a small LED light to display the charging status. Depending on your model, the light may vary slightly, but generally follows this pattern:
| Indicator Light | Status Description |
|---|---|
| Solid Green or Blue for 3 seconds, then off | Power connected; standby mode; ready to charge |
| Solid Green or Blue (steady) | Device is charging normally |
| Flashing Green or Blue Light | Charging error — may indicate misalignment, foreign object, or incompatible adapter |
| Light off during charging | Sleep-friendly design — charging continues silently without light distraction |
💡 Note: Yootech chargers are designed with sleep-friendly technology. The LED light will automatically turn off after 15–20 seconds during charging to avoid disturbing your rest at night.
5. During Charging
-
The charger automatically regulates power flow to prevent overcharging, overheating, or short-circuiting.
-
Charging speed depends on the adapter output, phone model, and case thickness.
-
The phone and charger may become slightly warm, which is normal. If excessive heat occurs, remove the phone and allow it to cool.
⚡ Typical charging time:
Fast charge (QC 3.0 adapter): ~2.5–3 hours for most flagship phones
Standard charge (5V/2A adapter): ~3.5–4 hours
6. After Charging
-
Once your device reaches 100%, the charger will automatically switch to trickle charge mode, maintaining the battery level without overcharging.
-
Simply lift your phone off the pad to stop charging — there’s no need to unplug the charger each time.
-
When not in use for extended periods, disconnect the USB cable to save energy and protect the charger.
7. Safety and Maintenance Tips
-
Do not expose the charger to liquids, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
-
Keep the charging area clean and dust-free. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
-
Avoid placing metal objects (keys, coins, or magnetic cards) on the charging pad.
-
Use only original or certified accessories to prevent malfunction.
8. Troubleshooting Guide
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Phone not charging | Misalignment or thick case | Reposition phone; remove thick case |
| LED blinking rapidly | Foreign metal object detected | Remove object; reposition phone |
| Slow charging | Incompatible adapter or low power output | Use QC 2.0/3.0 adapter |
| Charger overheating | Poor ventilation or prolonged use | Place on hard, flat surface; allow to cool |
| Charging stops randomly | Loose connection or unstable power | Reconnect cable securely; change power source |
